I would not recommend people to do business at Texas Tires (1458 South St, Beaumont, TX 77701). The sales reps had great customer service initially, helping me select my dream setup of rims and tires since I have never modified a truck like this before. I paid half of the total to have the rims and tires ordered. To mention, I also had a leveling kit installed in my front suspension here, too. There was a Cinco de Mayo sale going on that packaged the rims/tires/leveling kit. The shop offers "Lifetime Rotation and Flat Repair" and, depending on the tires you choose, a "1 Year Road Hazard", so I selected the tires that are covered by both. The set arrived at the shop, and I dropped off my truck. While waiting for my UBER (for context, I am a shift worker and was on nights), I spoke to the technician (tech) in the shop, asking if I could check out my new rims and tires. In general, the rims looked flawless, but I noticed the tires that the tech had paired with them were not the set I had ordered. When questioned, the tech's response was that "these tires fit those rims." Therefore, I made the sales rep (Nico) aware and the proper tires were arranged, but this made me uneasy. Post

I dont normally do this but I must give credit where credit is due. Nico (Manager) & Dayana (Front Desk) are the people to ask for. Not one time did they push me to buy or get anything out of what I wanted for me. My every experience with this company and staff has always been a pleasure. Aka, I never a regret when I leave. I cant say that for other companies in the past. They WILL/DO go above the standard to make you satisfied & happy. If you think Walmart is rolling back prices, try Nico & Dayana. Trust, I suggest buying from them everytime!!! If it's not onsite, they will get it in a timely manner!! Check them out! I am not a paid sponsor, Im just a HIGHLY impressed customer...

I had a great experience at this tire shop. They were the only place in Jefferson County that had the tire I needed for my SUV. The service was fast and efficient I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The staff provided excellent customer service, and their prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and great value! Thanks again for getting me back on the road so quickly! 🚗💨

I had a great experience at Texas Tires 34 in Beaumont. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and professional. A special shoutout to the manager, Nico, and his assistant, Dayana. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and helped me find the best option for my vehicle without any pressure. Nico was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to answer all of my questions, while Dayana was friendly, attentive, and made the whole process run smoothly. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in providing excellent service. The prices were fair, the service was quick, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. It’s not often you come across a team that makes you feel valued as a customer, but that’s exactly how I felt here. I highly recommend Texas Tires 34 and will definitely be returning. 😃
